Many times…we have clients that have tried to fix things themselves (which is okay as long as they know what they are doing) or have gone to a relative, friend, co-worker or even a self-proclaimed techie.
Unfortunately…things don’t always get back to working as they should. We definitely recommend checking with us for a second opinion. And that goes for purchasing your latest tech items…some big-box stores (we won’t mention any specific ones) tend to go for making the most money off of a sale and won’t be looking out for your best interest.
We are here to help guide with your purchases (if not purchasing your tech from us…we are more than happy to help you find what is right for you).
And…on the second page…we go over one of the most common solutions out there: turning your device off and on again.
You won’t believe how many times a simple power off and power on can fix what appears to be a major issue with your devices. We go over some specifics on how to properly shut down your devices as well as things one should do BEFORE powering the unit off.
