BWN Computer started up in Graham, TX back in the summer of 2011 as a home-based business. The owner, Brian Norby, had recently moved from San Francisco where he had established his first business, a computer café and repair shop called THAT COMPUTER MAN. Since moving to Graham, he wanted to get back to doing what he loved: working on computers and seeing others happy with his work. Since the mid-80s, Brian has been involved, in one form or another, with computers. From the days of TRS-80s and Commodore computers all the way to the present… computers have been his passion.
Having started out as an uncertified Network Administrator, working for companies based in the San Francisco Bay Area through the early ‘90s, helping to set up networks for mortgage and banking firms as well as working for several “tech-based” companies…Brian built up a reputation of being the “go-to” guy while out on-sites. Brian holds several different certifications that qualify the work that he does. Re-establishing his business has not only been a challenge…it has become his passion.
In February of 2013, BWN Computer stepped out of the “home” business and started pushing a brick-and-mortar location. His business, for the next fifteen months, was located within another business in Graham. This did not stop Brian from getting the word out that he was here to stay. And, over those months, business and clientele steadily grew to the point where it was time to step forward and, once again, open his own brick-and-mortar. On May 1, 2014, BWN Computer moved to its NEW and PERMANENT location here in Graham, TX.
BWN Computer offers malware/virus removal (he is a Certified Malware Removal Specialist), component level repairs/upgrades, as well as help with printers, routers, networks AND any other computer-related issues a client may have. He is Multi-Certified to work on all PCs and MACs. He works on ALL makes and models of laptops, desktops and all-in-ones…servicing all PC brands (including Dell, Sony, IBM, HP, Gateway, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, E-machine, Lenovo, Fujitsu, Compaq, and Clones) as well as all Apple/Mac computers/devices. With over thirty years of experience in the field and over twenty-five years in business, Brians’ continued passion is to deliver outstanding service and value while working hard to keep his customers happy. Work can be done at your residence/place of business, at his shop OR by REMOTE assistance when the client has a good internet connection.
To its clients, BWN Computer provides a vast amount of services, extremely competitive prices, and keeps honesty and integrity at the forefront of all he does. To the vendors, BWN Computer emphasizes on-time payment and consistency. To the community, BWN Computer devotes his time to helping others while also participating in community activities and with charitable donations. BWN Computer is a member of the Graham Chamber of Commerce. Also, Brian always looks for ways to support other LOCAL businesses. Hence, the saying SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESS.
With his twenty-eight plus years in business…he has worked on well over 60,000 computers which has helped establish him as a committed, established and staying force. He continually learns and stays in touch with all the latest ways to work on computers, printers and networks. Brians’ second business, BWN Computer, has grown a lot here in Graham since its’ opening in 2011 and he is both humbled and grateful that the doors have opened for his business to grow as it has. And…he looks forward to continued growth and longevity with his business here in Graham! And…to put it in his own words and favorite phrase:
