When it comes to your Windows operating system…knowing some of the handy Windows shortcuts can help you get things done quicker. On the first page of the newsletter, we have included a few of the most common ones that we use on a daily basis.
On the second page…we go over some of the reasons why it is better to have a computer expert to work on your device instead of having a friend (or even family member) who is not as knowledgeable try to “fix” the problem. Many times, we have seen the “fixes” others have tried to do…cause further problems down the road.
