For your convenience, BWN Computer can perform this service remotely. This means that you do not need to bring your computer to our shop. With your permission, we can securely connect with your computer to perform our service. After the service is completed, the connection will be closed.
If you prefer to bring your computer to the shop, please contact us for an appointment.
Step 1: Connect to remote control
Click the link below to load the software that will allow us to connect to your computer. When prompted, click SAVE FILE, then open the file when it is downloaded.
Step 2: Tell us your ID
Provide us with your TeamViewer information so we know to connect with you. Call us or use our contact form to give us your Partner ID and Password (as will be displayed when you click the Connect Now link in Step 1).
